Robocop Rogue City concept animations

As a Robocop fan, playing Robocop Rogue City was mandatory, i loved the game, really appreciated what Teyon made, wanted to play it on PS5 but suddently i had to prefer PC to mod the sounds.

Teyon did a great job, and would be great to have a sequel, but i didn't like at all the weapons feeling and animations, very dull, outdated, lazy, maybe due to budget limitations or else, so i've reanimated the Auto-9 using the game models.

I have to admit.. my goal was to reimagine and so remake the reloading animations only, but the whole thing slipped from my hands and i made a lot more, so this video (which is prerendered) is more a concept for a Robocop sequel then alse, hope you enjoy my vision of what Rogue City could have been.

I sampled most of the sounds from the first two movies, because Robocop sounds are an indispensable identity, and for some reason the game didn't feature any.

The animations are made without any human reference, the key was to avoid human movements because Robocop is a cyborg, he is slow, heavy and can't reload the Auto-9 that fast. So no tactical reload Murphy!

Worth to mention: making this kind of animations is not easy, at all, not cheap, there is a lot of labor, so i fully understand game animators, maybe was their limit, maybe the budget was low, but i'm sure they did the best and worked a lot, you have my respect.
